Dear Mick and family, I know my Mother was so happy to have connected with Jill as a 'long lost relative' - and thoroughly enjoyed the phone calls, letters and visits when possible. She particularly appreciated your visit to my parent's Golden Anniversary Party in 2009 in Birmingham. I also know she was very touched when Jill made the long train journey to support her at my Father's funeral the following year.  Sharon and I managed to visit you both in your lovely home during a week's holiday in Northumberland, where we were made really welcome.  As you know, my Mother passed away in 2016, but we are very saddened to hear of Jill's passing so soon afterwards. She had such a full life though and was clearly loved by many people, something that hopefully, will be of comfort to you and the family.
